Each Rongo menu offering is presented as veggie-centric, whole & delicious fuel for human bodies. Depending on your preferences, you may decide to raise the bar for your salad, starter and/or entree by choosing from any of our add-ons.
Add-ons for Entrees & Starters are:

Salads & Starters:
· Southwest Salad - a bed of mixed greens with black beans, cheese, tomato, pico de gallo, corn, black olives, jalapenos and sour cream, served in a crispy golden tortilla bowl
· Quasi-Symmetrical Salad - mixed greens with Granny Smith apples, walnuts, fresh seasonal fruits and yogurt dressing
· Nachos - a Tex-Mex favorite, fresh-made corn chips topped with cheese, beans, olives, sour cream, salsa & jalapeños
· Mozzarella Sticks - homemade breaded & fried slabs of cheese with red sauce
Entrees:
· Margarita Chicken - two perfectly grilled chicken breasts, marinated in tequila & lime juice, served with rice & black beans on the side
· Butternut Mac & Cheese with Chorizo - the velvet goodness of Butternut squash meeting a grilled Chorizo link to transform this classic macaroni & cheese dish into a meal, comes with mole
· Burrito - a large flour tortilla crammed with rice, beans, cheese, pico de gallo & sour cream, then slathered with the Rongo’s red sauce and served with tomatillo salsa
· Quesadilla - a tortilla filled with beans & cheese then grilled, served with pico de gallo, sour cream & guacamole $ 8.50
· Tostada - two corn tortillas piled high with beans, melted cheese & fresh veggies, served with rice & salsa $ 7.50
· Tacos - pick three of the four fresh-made taco varieties: Turkey & black bean, Tofu & pinto bean, Tilapia & black bean or Chorizo & black bean, served with salsa & rice
· Panissi Griller - a grilled Cuban sandwich in honor of one of our lawyers, he’s not Cuban ... but his name is Panissi & we’re glad we know him. This is a sandwich with turkey, ham, pickles & cheese, then it’s toasted under the weight of a brick, served without the brick … which symbolizes what he’s done for us
· Chili Rellino - Poblano chili roasted & stuffed with cheese, fried to a golden brown, topped with red sauce and served with tomatillo salsa ………... add a second chili for $3.00
· Enchilada - three tortillas stuffed with beans and cheese, topped with red, green and mole sauces, served with rice & beans
